Artists <strong>KABRIT<\/strong> (Lebanon) and <strong>SKITSOFRENIS<\/strong> (Greece) collaborated, transforming discarded plastic objects into thought-provoking art that raised awareness about environmental issues.<\/p><p>The event was accompanied by live music from <strong>Surf in Black<\/strong>, the student band of Kalamata\u2019s Music School, adding energy and rhythm to the heart of the city.<\/p><p>This activity was part of the <strong>City of Kalamata\u2019s program for World Tourism Day 2025<\/strong>, themed <em>\u201cTourism and Sustainable Transformation\u201d<\/em>.<\/p><p>The <strong>OTRart project<\/strong>, co-funded by <strong>Creative Europe<\/strong> and coordinated by the Cultural Organization <em>\u201cRoutes of the Olive Tree\u201d<\/em>, continues its journey: the intervention created in Kalamata will be showcased at an international exhibition in <strong>Avignon, France<\/strong>, and promoted worldwide through a digital campaign.<\/p><p>A unique experience that brought together art, environment, and community \u2013 proving that what seems \u201cuseless\u201d can find new life and
